Part 2 - The Elements
You Will Need: Needle files (preferably a barette or knife-shape), sanding sponges ranging from a coarse to a fine grit
Once all the frames are pickled use a flat needle file (a barette or knife-shape are best for this) to remove any burrs or saw marks from the sides of each of the tubes that are soldered onto the frames. Remove any excess solder with a needle file if necessary, and then give them a gentle polish using sanding sponges until they are scratch free and beginning to shine.
Finish the linking tubes in the same way, using a needle file to make sure that the edges are flat, and then polishing with sanding sponges to remove excess solder and file mark
