Cognac Jewellery School Online Studio Membership

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before joining the membership. By signing up for membership with the Cognac Jewellery School you are agreeing to and are bound by these Terms and Conditions. All members are bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect from the moment they are posted on the website. Your continued use of the website and membership constitutes acceptance of the latest terms. The content of this website and all information provided by the Cognac Jewellery School is for your general use and information only. We reserve the right to change any of our content at any time. The Cognac Jewellery School is not liable for any use of or reliance on the website content, nor for the website being unavailable for any reason.

Payment

Membership is billed annually at €29 per month, charged as a single payment of €348 at the time of joining. Membership renews automatically on the same date each year unless cancelled beforehand.

All rates are in Euros and must be paid in Euros.

Currency conversions shown on the payment page are approximate only. Members should confirm conversions with their financial institution.

All payments must be processed through our website. We accept credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us at hello@cognacjewelleryschool.com and we will arrange a full refund, no questions asked.

Outside of this 30-day period, membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Membership Terms

Membership begins on the date of purchase and continues for one year unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@cognacjewelleryschool.com.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the upcoming renewal period, please cancel before your annual renewal date.

On cancellation, you will retain full access to your membership until the end of your current billing period. After that date, access to projects, resources, and the community will end.

Access and Use

Membership access is granted solely to the individual who enrolled. Sharing your login credentials is not permitted.

You agree to use the membership content for personal learning purposes only and not for commercial use or distribution.

Content Ownership

All content provided through the membership, including videos, documents, and other materials, is owned by the Cognac Jewellery School and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use or reproduction of the content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Cognac Jewellery School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any of our online courses.

The Cognac Jewellery School is not liable if the website or any of its contents are unavailable for any reason.

New projects and content are added to the membership on a regular basis. The frequency of new content is not guaranteed and does not constitute grounds for a refund.
