Booking and Payment

Bookings are paid in three instalments:

  • A €1,000 deposit is required to secure your place.

  • 50% of the remaining balance is due within 30 days of booking.

  • The final balance is due no later than three months before your course start date.

Your booking will only be confirmed once all scheduled payments have been received.

Failure to make payments by the stated deadlines may result in the cancellation of your booking and the forfeiture of your deposit and any payments already made.

Currency

All in-person course payments are processed through our American concierge, Wendy Harrop Events, and are payable in USD. Current exchange rates will be applied at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Please read our cancellation policy in full before booking your in-person course.

If you need to cancel your booking

All payments made are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your booked course, we are happy to transfer your booking to an alternative course date, subject to availability, provided you notify us at least 60 days before your original course start date.

The full amount you have already paid will be credited towards your new course booking.

Transfer requests made fewer than 60 days before your course start date cannot be accommodated, and all payments made will be forfeited.

One transfer is permitted free of charge. Any subsequent transfer requests may incur an administration fee.

Credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used by the original booking holder.

If we need to cancel your booking

In the unlikely event that the Cognac Jewellery School needs to cancel a course, we will offer you the choice of either:

  • a full refund of all payments received; or

  • a transfer to an alternative course date, where suitable.

Please note that the Cognac Jewellery School cannot be held responsible for any travel, accommodation, insurance or other costs you may have incurred in connection with your booking.
