Membership Benefits & Access
What do I get with Membership?
As a Member of the Cognac Jewellery School you will have access to:
All the online jewellery projects, the membership community forum, priority access to help and support via email and WhatsApp as well as all the Cognac Jewellery School resources: templates, technical videos, the business hub, supplier discounts and instant access to all new content (arriving each month!)
Will I have access to all the projects?
Yes! Membership grants you access to every single one of the Cognac Jewellery School online courses
How often is new content added?
A new course will be made available each month, as well as blog posts and guides, downloads, technical tutorials and Business-related posts.
Will I be able to access previous projects?
Yes! You can dive into the entire Cognac Jewellery School Project library whenever you like.
Suitability & Learning
Is Membership suitable for all levels?
Absolutely! the Cognac Jewellery School Membership is open to all levels of maker.
There are beginner and intermediate level projects so you can choose the right projects to suit you.
If you are a complete beginner I would recommend starting your journey by following the Foundation Course Roadmap (in the Members area) to master core jewellery making skills before jumping into the intermediate projects.
What languages are the courses in? Are there subtitles?
All the online courses are taught in English, but subtitles in English, French, Spanish and German are currently being rolled out. If there is a course that you would like subtitles for that doesn’t currently have them please let us know via WhatsApp or Email and we will prioritise it for you.
Can I follow the projects on different devices?
Absolutely! The Cognac Jewellery School site is designed to operate across all devices.
We recommend downloading the free app for quick and easy access on all your devices
How will I know what tools I need?
Included with each course is a full tools and materials list so that you can buy anything you might not already have.
The tools and materials lists have links to our suppliers so don’t forget to check for member discounts before you shop!
Support & Community
Can I ask questions if I get stuck?
Of course! As a Member you have priority access to 1-2-1 help and support from Jessica
How do I get support?
Contact Jessica directly either via email or WhatsApp by using the contact button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
Is there a community forum?
Yes! You can get the support and share your creations in the Cognac Jewellery School Community Forum
Payments, Trials, and Cancellation
Is there a free trial?
We don’t offer a free trial, but if you find within 30 days that this membership isn’t for you simply let us know via email and we’ll cancel your membership and refund your payment, no questions asked.
Can I take out a monthly membership for just a few months?
You are welcome to take out a monthly membership for as long or as short as you like - from one month to the full year or beyond - it’s completely up to you.
You have complete control over your membership, so once you have signed up you can cancel at any time from your member space.
And if you want to jump in for another month here or there you can do that too simply by signing back into your account and rejoining.
Am I tied in for a whole year?
No, you are not tied into a contract and can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account. There is no cancellation fee, and you will retain access to the membership until the end of your billing cycle.
Can I pause my membership?
Unfortunately we don’t have a ‘pause’ option, but you can easily cancel your payment and rejoin whenever you are ready through your members space
How do I cancel?
If you decide to take a break you can cancel at any time through your member space.
It’s quick and easy to do yourself but if you encounter any problems please send us an email to hello@cognacjewelleryschool.com and we can cancel it for you.
What happens when I cancel?
If you decide to cancel your membership, you’ll continue to have full access to all projects, business mentoring, and the community until the end of your current billing period, no matter when you cancel. For example, if you cancel two weeks before your next payment is due, you’ll still enjoy all member benefits right up until your renewal date. After that, your access to new projects, mentoring, and the community will end.
You’ll always keep access to any standalone courses you’ve purchased separately.
