The Membership
What do I get with membership?
Membership gives you unlimited access to the full Cognac Jewellery School project library: step-by-step video projects, curated skill pathways, technical tutorials, tools and supplier lists, and the members' community forum. New content is added regularly, and you'll also have access to the business hub, downloadable resources, and priority 1-to-1 support via email and WhatsApp.
Will I have access to all the projects?
Yes. Membership includes every project in the library from the moment you join, as well as all new projects as they are released.
How often is new content added?
New projects are added regularly, alongside technical tutorials, guides, downloads, and business-related posts.
Can I access older projects?
Yes. The entire project library is available to you at any time, in any order.
Learning & Suitability
Is membership suitable for beginners?
Yes. There are projects at beginner and intermediate level, so you can start at the right point for your skills and progress at your own pace. If you are completely new to jewellery making, I recommend beginning with the Silversmithing or Silver Clay Pathway, which takes you through the core techniques step by step before moving into the more advanced projects.
Do I need any equipment before I start?
Each project includes a full tools and materials list with regional supplier links for the UK, USA, and Europe, so you can source exactly what you need before you begin. The lists include links to our recommended suppliers, so don't forget to check for member discounts before you shop. Please note that tools and materials are not included with membership.
What languages are the courses in?
All courses are taught in English. Subtitles in English, French, Spanish, and German are being rolled out across the library. If a course you'd like to follow doesn't yet have subtitles, contact me via email or WhatsApp and I'll prioritise it for you.
How do I activate the subtitles?
Subtitles can be switched on using the navigation bar on each video. Once selected, your preference will be saved throughout that project.

Devices & Access
Can I follow the projects on different devices?
Yes. The Cognac Jewellery School site works across all devices. We recommend downloading the free app for quick and easy access on your phone, tablet, or computer so you can follow along at the bench as you work.
Pricing & Payment
How much is membership?
Membership is €29 per month, billed annually as €348. This gives you a full year of unlimited access to every project, pathway, and resource in the studio, with new projects added regularly.
How am I billed?
You are billed annually as a single payment of €348 at the time of joining, and on the same date each year unless you cancel beforehand.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed in Euros through the website.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial, but if you find within 30 days that membership isn't right for you, simply let us know by email and we'll cancel and arrange a full refund, no questions asked.
Cancellation
Am I tied in for a whole year?
Membership is billed annually, but you are not locked into a contract. You can cancel at any time through your account settings with no cancellation fee, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
Can I pause my membership?
We don't currently offer a pause option, but you can cancel at any time and rejoin whenever you are ready through your members' space.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time through your members' space. If you encounter any difficulty, email us at hello@cognacjewelleryschool.com and we'll take care of it for you.
What happens when I cancel?
You'll retain full access to all projects, business mentoring, and the community until the end of your current billing period, regardless of when you cancel. After that, access to new projects, mentoring, and the community will end. Any standalone courses purchased separately remain yours to keep.
Support & Community
Can I ask questions if I get stuck?
Yes. As a member you have priority access to personal 1-to-1 support from Jessica. No question is too small.
How do I get support?
You can contact Jessica directly via email or WhatsApp using the contact button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
Is there a community forum?
Yes. You can share your work and connect with other makers in the Cognac Jewellery School Community Forum and The Studio, our members' chat feature.
