Booking and Payment - Individual Bookings

Course payment is required in advance. Your space on a course will only be considered booked when you have paid in full.

Course bookings are made via our website’s booking platform with a credit or debit card. If you are unable to pay via the booking platform, please email us at hello@cognacjewelleryschool.com to arrange an alternative method of payment.

Unfortunately we do not accept cheques, but we can take card payments and cash in the workshop.

Cancellations

Please read our cancellation policy in full before booking our courses.

If you need to cancel your space on a workshop:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop date can be refunded less a €15 admin charge

Cancellations less than 14 days before the workshop date are not eligible for a refund.

Booking and Payment - Group Bookings

Payment for group bookings are required in advance. We will request a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining 70% due no less than two weeks before your course date.

Group bookings & enquiries can be made via email at hello@cognacjewelleryschool.com. Payments can be made via our website’s booking platform with a credit or debit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. If you are unable to pay using these methods, please email us at hello@cognacjewelleryschool.com to arrange an alternative method of payment.

Cancellations

Please read our cancellation policy in full before booking our courses.

If you need to cancel your group booking:

Once paid in full cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the date of your workshop and are eligible for a refund less the 30% non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations less than 14 days before the workshop date are not eligible for a refund.

If we need to cancel a workshop:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop we will issue a full refund or, if suitable, transfer you to a new course date.

Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for any travel or accommodation fees you may have incurred.

Transfers

We can transfer you to other course dates (if available) up to 14 days prior to your original workshop start date free of charge. We are unable to offer transfers less than 14 days before your original course start date.
